Ms. Amy

Ms. Amy

Teacher

Amy began her dance training at the Dance Theatre of Elgin. She danced with the Dance Theatre of Elgin Performing Company from 1992-1997. In September 1997, Amy joined Cerqua-Rivera Art Experience under the direction of Wilfredo Rivera. She worked with such choreographers as Greg Begley, Nana Shineflug, Harrison McEldowney, and Kenny Ingram. In June of 2000, Amy began dancing with the Chicago Arts Project under the direction of Jay Franke. Amy joined the Willow Creek Dance Ministry in February of 2003. In 2007, Amy was a founding member of Groundwork Dance Company. Amy has taught dance since she was 18. Most recently at Ambition Dance as the main ballet teacher. Amy resides in Crystal Lake with her husband and 3 daughters and is very excited to be a part of the All That Dance family!

Ms. Seneca

Ms. Seneca

Teacher

Seneca has been dancing since the age of three and teaching since the age of 16.  She is trained in ballet, pointe, modern, jazz, tap, character, lyrical and hip-hop. Seneca trained and performed with Citrus College and Santa Monica College in California. She has studied early childhood education and received her associate in arts degree. Her goal is to teach proper dance technique, but mostly to teach students to have a love of dance.

Ms. Kirsten

Ms. Kirsten

Kirsten spent 15 years here at All That Dance taking ballet, pointe, jazz, and lyrical classes. She graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and is currently an elementary school teacher in Johnsburg. In college, she continued her dancing career taking ballet, jazz,  improv, and modern classes. Also, she was a member and co-captain of the Redline Express Dance Team. As a Redline Dancer, Kirsten danced during halftime of a Chicago Bears football game, performed at the Illinois High School Dance Team state competition, and the Missouri Valley Conference Men’s Basketball Tournament. Kirsten is thrilled to be back with us teaching where she grew to love dance.

Ms. Selena

Selena started her teaching career at Faubourg ballet as well as a studio in Miami. In addition to teaching, she has also assisted with an LA dance tour. She loves all forms of dance, but especially contemporary. Ms. Selena looks forward to sharing her passion for the arts with all of the students at All That Dance.

Katherine has always dreamed of being an instructor at All That Dance as she says the studio was a huge part of her life growing up. Katherine interned and substitute taught for us in the past.  We are delighted to welcome her on with her own class this year!

Ms. MG

Ms. MG

Teacher

MG studied dance at her local studio before heading to Hope College to continue her dance education and become a member of their dance company. Her choreography has been featured locally and abroad.  Ms. MG teaches throughout the Chicago area. Her teaching philosophy is based on actively engaging her class, communicating goals and objectives clearly and inspiring her students to reach those goals. We are lucky to have added her to our staff!

We know that most parents worry about finding a safe and loving environment to enrich their children. That’s why I created All That Dance. We are a neighborhood dance studio that becomes a second home for the entire family. We hope you will join our family as we head into our 29th year.
